Sweet. Instead of calling transformers: XXXXXXX. They can start another trilogy based on another series.

Who do we peg for the 'replacements'? You figure Bay will just sub in 2 random white guys, a black dude and a while bombshell and hope no one will notice?
I'm thinking a la Don Cheadle in Iron Man 2.
I'd say one of the Twilight dudes replacing Shia, Captain America guy for Josh Duhamel, how's one of the Olsen twins as Rosie, aaaaand Ludacris for Tyrese.

Given that this is set to be a reboot/reimagining, I'm honestly not surprised they won't be back. I'm still eager to see if the old CGI models will be back or not.

I hope they ditch the "terminatorformers" look...hoping for a more G1 look. It doesn't have to be boxy to be G1.
