Question about electric turn-tables for displaying figures 360 degrees
 

I am looking to make one using a lazy susan but I can't think of where to get the motor for it. Any suggestions? Or know anyone that sells pre-made ones?

An old record player would be safer to disassemble.

I know I've seen RC car parts at Best Buy so that might be a place to start.

I have seen turntables at collector shows before (usually for model cars) so you might have some luck there.

Digikey Canada sells electronics, including AC and DC motors if you're really interested on picking up a motor and building your own.

Or you could just buy something on amazon...here is a start for example:

I use this solar spinner for my smaller/lighter TFs like minibots and WSTs. It's made by Fascinations/Metal Earth.
