Transformers Soundtracks
 

Who else loves the music of Transformers? I sold all my toys a few years ago and now the only thing I collect is the music. I love it so much.

I picked up the Bumble Bee Animated G1 Series soundtrack on Vinyl and it's sooo wicked! Did anyone else get this?

I missed it but I hear they will be making a second run.

You should check out the restoration project the fans cooked up. You can find the links on A.T.T. I think. They took every tune from the show and edited out the sound effects and voices. It’s not as high quality as the LP, but it’s more complete.

Well I wanted the LP's but didn't even know when they went live and were sold before I knew it. Love all the music associated it. Got all 4 of the fan made dl's plus all the scores, soundtracks etc. Actually listening to another fan made compilation "Respect The Primes" as we speak (well kinda speak). Oh and for DuG, got 2 more Kremzeeks yesterday lol

Is there an affordable way to get the music from the old G1? I don't have vinyl...actually checked Spotify the other day and couldn't find G1, there was some interesting fan made stuff, and of course the Bayverse soundtracks. But luv me some G1 if I could get it...

The fan dubs are really good to be honest. Well dub not the right word but whelatever they did its all G1 original music

Aw yeah DuG! You're lucky to get all three. You must have been hitting "Refresh" a lot. lol.

I LOVE the fan made soundtracks. I've been listening to them for about a year now. I bought the LP because I felt morally obligated to purchase the product once it was available. You know?

I dig vinyl and this hits all my collector/nerdy/cool/obscure buttons. lol.

I got mine today, Optimus prime version, soundtrack sounds clean,

Played on Krk rokit6 speakers, technics 1200 turntables, shure m447 needles, through a traktor z2 mixer,

Highs and lows are clean, mids are pretty good also,

9/10 for me, the opening theme is my only dislike on the vinyl, spindle hole is nice and tight also.

The record company posted a fan vote on their Instagram stories last week for another Optimus version. It’s a tri colloured record with the top being blue, a middle white section, and a red bottom section. It looks like an upside down Pepsi logo which works for Optimus as there have been many different Pepsi primes over the years.
