3mm to 5mm figure stand adapters?
 

Hi,

I have a set of Bandai Tamashii Stage Act.5 stands and they work really well for Transformers. Most of the figures I own have the small (3mm?) port to connect to the stand, which is great, but I can't display figures like PotP Dreadwind in jet mode because there's none available on the alt mode. He does, however, have eight 5mm ports all around the jet body that I could use. So how to I find or make an adapter that would let me use the stand's peg to use those bigger ports?

Have you tried wrapping clear tape around the 3mm post? That seems like a simple solution, reversible as well.

I have not, but it's definitely something I can try. My original thought was maybe to find some kind of clear plastic tubing 5mm big and drill a 3mm hole on one end. No idea where I could find something like that, though. Hardware place?

you can try nitro RC fuel tubing.
If you know someone into nitro RC, they would have some to spare. I haven't checked the size of mine, might be slightly larger
Soft silicone tubing :)
