Thanks to Weibo user NOTRAB, we are treated to a gallery of final production sample of the upcoming Transformers Power of the Primes Leader Class figure Optimal Optimus. These images are showing off the figure in action posed in robot mode, gorilla mode, surfing gorilla mode, and also jet mode. seems like a pretty awful "transformation" if you can even call it that. the big body doesn't ever seem to change into anything. Lying face down doesn't count, and optimus turning into a stick is almost just as bad.

I think its pretty accurate to the cartoon IMO.
when hes a 'jet' in the cartoon it was a stretch but worked.

I keep seeing these complaints about his "modes" and I wonder what opop these guys bought in bw.

He looks accurate, despite the lackluster modes. Not a complaint though. Love the colors, and like the original, and as said above, he's so bad he's great. He will be eye catching on any shelf though.
