Thanks to board members Ironclaugh & Iacon we have confirmed sightings of the new Transformers: RID 10-Step Power Surge Starscream. This new 10-step figure comes with a mini-con partner named Lancelon and was sighted at Toys R' Us with a price tag of $49.99 + tax.

Seen these @ my local TRU. Don't really feel it's worthy of the $50 price tag. Probably pick this up later with a sale.
