Can anyone identify this off brand transforming police car?

Good evening!

Has anyone ever seen one of those? I can't find where this is from and there's no branding on it. I suppose it's some kind of knockoff, but the quality of the plastic and the general build is better than typical dollar store or pharmacy garbage.

It also seems to have some combining capacity.

That's the Blue Rescue Zord from Power Rangers Turbo. One of the few Zords that not only
formed part of a bigger Megazord but had a Robot mode and a Vehicle mode. They called it
Deluxe Double Morphing Rescue Megazord.
