Cybertron.ca is happy to let our fellow Canadian Transformers collectors know that the Exclusive Transformers Movie Recon Ravage figure (that is being offered to US residents via a mail away offer) will be available to Canadians in Toys "R" Us Canada stores this spring.

Hasbro hates us, the deco is fugly as hell. We should have gotten the upcoming Japanese version instead.

Well now I may have an excuse to buy the main line version and then parts swap as many of the chrome parts as possible :) still IMO an fuglly mould but the chrome on black would better.

I kinda like him, and since I can just pick him up at any TRU, I think I just might have to. Nice to get some love from Hasbro.

Ha! WIN! And to think, I almost order that BB/SW 2-pack from BBTS just to get the mail-in thingy and send it to someone in the States to mail it in for me and send Ravage back. A lot of mental stress for a dumb exclusive and now he's actually gonna be released at retail. It'll probably be easier for Americans to buy them from Canadians than to actually mail it in themselves.

But I gotta wonder, what's the point of including the mail-in form and 3 stickers if it's not a mail-in anymore? OMG! Maybe when we buy Ravage, there will be another mail-in exclusive for Canada ONLY! :p

Don't like the figure, not a fan of the repaint, but I will probably get him, if only to let Hasbro know that Canadians like getting exclusives. And how much could he cost?

I'll admit that the more I see of it, the more this Ravage is starting to grow on me and I am glad Hasbro is sending this guy our way. :)

I was gonna do the same thing. I had a lot of the logistics worked out, too. Still, this is a pleasant surprise, Hasbro! Thank you very much.

And yeah. I might get a few extras to resell myself. I'm sure there's many Americans on my contact list who might just want a cheap Ravage without buying the stuff for stickers.

I just want him because he's Recon Ravage. He'll go nicely with Recon Ironhide. Now we just need 2 more "Recon" Transformers and they call do the Vidmaster Achievements together. ;)

Maybe a change of heart? has Hasbro really stared to take us the collectors in Canada seriously? listened to our gripes and want to help us out ....I for one hope so,... lets hope they continue to release the figures that the U.S. gets hopefuly at the same time.... still not amused that it is a toysrus release,...however it is a least a chance to find one,now lets talk about a direct from Hasbro store/website for us here in the great white north :)

Wanna know the funny part? Even if I didn't want this figure I'd still get it because this is the first time Hasbro is doing this for us and if the interest is high, then I wouldn't be surprised if this happens again should we get "screwed" out of another mail away figure. Sure this repaint may not be for everyone, but who knows when down the line there may be one you will want ;)

Point is, they didn't have to do this for us but they did and should we support it with our purchasing I'm sure we'll be further "rewarded".

Well next time I decide to pick up at Pegwarmer, I can choose the normal black ravage or the Voltron-homage Ravage ^^

But seriously, under normal circumstances this thing is a pass.
