Yeah, it's been mentioned already. But $600?! That's pretty much extortion when most of us got the figure for ~$450-$500 from the Asian market (mainly Amazon Japan). If you haven't purchased MP-44 yet, don't buy it at that ridiculous price.

Yeah. And they’re only getting in preorders. Manager at my store tried to talk me into it but I politely declined, with much giggling. Not at that price, thanks. That’s a month’s rent for me.

Yes. You don’t pay up front and AJ has better return and exchange policy. I used to order from AE but not anymore.

You can currently get MP-44 on Amazon Japan for ~$465 total (give or take about $5 to $10 depending on where you live in Canada). It's sold by a market place seller, but you don't need to worry about that because they have to follow the same guidelines as if Amazon was the seller. Get it at that price if you're considering buying it. Here's the link:
