Now as mentioned on many different threads, we can collectively agree that the pricing by Toys R Us is absolutely silly.
Agree with Grayfox, what are we expecting from the staff? They don't set the prices, they just work there. Just be polite and friendly to the many good people there.

I am sure they know, but the policy change of matching competitors just like the price increases isn't up to them either at the store level. |
