In the same flyer, it shows the double decker couch Lego set is going to be on sale, which you can get some coffee mugs inside.

This sale should definitely thin their Generations stock and hopefully increase their Combiner Wars stock beyond Wave 1.

Except the CW deluxe figures are priced at 17.99 and not 16.99.

It's for the old generations price point. Like the last sale it will only affect pure "generations" figures. My store just got in a few rattrap, tankor, armada Starscream, scoop etc.

That said I know some board members were able to convince TRU staff to give them combiner wars generations for half off with the previous similar sale... May be worth your time.
