Why is he so freaking hard to find? Is he a TRU Exclusive or something?

No, but we're in that strange pre-summer period when stores start restocking / reordering for new product and the last waves of previous lines tend to dry up in Canada.

Something about China having problems with a shortage of containers, so they're behind in their shipping schedules.

I've seen two total in my hunts. Both were at the same TRU, I left with one. I haven't seen one since. Then again... I haven't cared much since I grabbed mine, haha!

I saw him once at TRU, and left him because I refused to pay the extra $10 compared to Walmart. And here I am still without a Mudflap.

I saw him at my local TRU, he was sitting there all by his lonesome, I picked him up, never looked back. I felt bad paying $50 for him but seeing his availability, I am glad I did. I do feel bad that that so many have not been able to get him. He is a decent figure, even though Barricade rocks the shit out of him.
