Another new sighting coming out of the Toronto area, this time it's a new set of RID legion figures.

Earlier tonight cybertron.ca user The7thParallel spotted Ratchet, Patrol Strongarm and Ultra Magnus on shelves of a ToysRus

The patrol strongarm is old i think. The new ones are ratchet and blizzard optimus.

You're correct. Ratchet is newest (along with Optimus).
Ultra Magnus came out with Strongarm at TRU many months ago. There was a whole wave (Clampdown, Thunderhoof, Drift, Windblade) between those two and Ratchet.
