Thanks to Yonoid we have conformation that the Titans Return Siege On Cybertron box set has been released at Toys R Us. The set was found at a Toys R Us in Oakville, Ontario.

The set retails for $149.95 + tax

1. The only way to get Pounce
2. Don't have to pay BBTS for it since we're in Canada
3. PM Optimus Prime mold is Ginrai from Takara which is compatible with God Bomber if I'm not mistaken
4. Metalhawk and Thunderwing
5. Everybody loves box sets

Pretty much all the reasons I can think of, correct me if I am wrong. And fuck do I want this thing.

It's an amazing box set. Each figure is fantastic. You forgot to mention it's the only way to get tidal wave too.

I also picked up the set today at TRU in Pickering and does anyone know why it says "BEAST WARS" on the right side panel of the box set ? Is it a foreshadowing of TF's to come as part of the Power of the Primes line ? Just wondering.

Thanks for the SKU; however, it took them forever to verify it though, lol. I ended up patiently waiting for 20 or so minutes.

Evidently, the store I bought the boxsets from had no record of them in their inventory and refused to sell it which was probably the reason the stock clerks hid them in the excess shelves at the top. I'm 6 foot 2 so getting to them wasn't a problem.

I made a bit of a stink about it in a polite manner and they finally agreed to sell it to me and allowed me to use the mix and match coupon to compensate for me waiting so long.

Picked up x1 Trypticon and x2 Siege sets; ended up getting the second set for free! Sometimes it pay to be patient and polite. :)

Also, you can use both the 10% and the 20$ off coupon on the same purchase (if the remaining value after applying 10% is still higher than 50$). I know it says you can on the coupons, but there is no block in the system so if you ask politely to try to scan them both should work.

The website usually only has a fraction of what's available in store. Selection is usually pretty poor.

I only did it because the store manager told me I could when he saw the coupons I had. I guess in that TRU, they had their own rules.

I got the set and I must say I'm blown away by it. Every figure was great and I'm even looking overlooking the spots on the tires of prime. I even love pounce more than I thought I would. The only complaint I have is they should have done the broadside lols in thunderwings colours and gave tidal wave as a extra head. To me that body seems more for thunderwing than tidal wave.
