He's been spotted in Ottawa as well.

Between Trypticon and the recent releases of OverLord and the Siege on Cybertron set my wallet is going to be taking a beating

Yup, was going to do this with some guys here in Ottawa.....Apparently the item is not listed with Hasbro in their computers, but with Tomy instead so it won't work

....Dick move Hasbro

You could point out it says hasbro right on the box. they did a manual override for me

Anyone have any hip issues with trypt? Mine was super tight at first but seems to be rotating a lot better now

Had the same issue but I showed the box that said Hasbro, so she called the manager, after a quick huddle they did an override

I may be mistaken but from what my take is, the spring was made to be super tight but after a few times transforming it chews away the plastic that holds it. some say to much pressure. this is my take but I hope someone with more knowledge chimes in, id like to know as well.

I saw a good read on this, here's the link.

Hey guys, for those looking here's ToyDojo's video for the hip issue with Trypticon. No cutting involved with this mod.

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=wtf0RmBMRUc

I tried it about an hour ago (fingers are still sore from the spring flexing, lol) and it seemed to do the trick. No more mini heart attacks with every hip rotation :)
