Transformers Earth Wars: Combiners now available?

I noticed the splash screen of Earth Wars now shows Superion and Devastator.
When selecting your team, there is a notice at the bottom that says "Combiner Inactive"

I cannot seem to get my Devastator active. I don't see any news about how to get it to work either.
Maybe i am missing hightower or something.

Not active yet, you'll know in game when it's ready. I'd wager it will be ready before next weekends event.
