Note this makes TLK Voyagers "normal" price ($40 - 25% = $30) but needs to be combined with the 10% off Hasbro online coupon to make Deluxes almost "normal priced" ($30 - 25% = $22.50 - 10% = $20.25).

Hasbro offered a few promos through tru this year. I forget the exact time lines but one month it was buy 2 products get 1 free, another month was this 10% off. I forget the other deal.

It was on their front scrolling banner for quite a while but it did state while quantities last. Possibly for this recent coupon they were all claimed.

Haha, because many from what I hear are overflowing with old stock. Out TRU is FULL of wave 2 deluxes and voyager. It is the "newest" wave they have had. Seriously, nothing beyond that and from what I hear likely won't be any time soon since I believe they still have about 100 wave 2's.

So, I took my old Sixshot to get refunded today at WALMART, with a price match for this sale. Had a little debate with their customer service person....because they were not going to give me the 25% off. (Basically I returned it, then bought it again with the 25% off price match). The person at walmart said, "we don't price match percentages anymore". Is this true????
What will I have to do to price match this 25% off sale? crazy....

Bought Prime, Barricade and Berserker on sale at TRU and returned them unopened to Walmart to get the difference back. Too bad TRU doesn't stock the big Turbo Changers.

Yes, they dont price match perceptages. The flyer must have the actual price stated and they will price match that. So in the case, the only item they would price match would be Deluxe Highbrow.

yeah its pretty dumb that even "website price" isn't good enough to price match anymore.

At that point why bother Walmart. what a stupid policy. (if they were sincere about price matching they would open it up to websites as well(.

To play Devil's advocate: the wm price match policy has stated for years that they don't match percent off sales, only actual prices. It's not a new policy. In fact, most price match policies are similar. Depending on your local Walmart staff they may or may not have matches in the past regardless. I've had both cases.

In the case right now, they should match the tr deluxe price. Sometimes you have to patiently explain to them and then finally get a higher up manager. I think most of the staff don't know the intricacies of tf toys and why should they?

I make no excuses for their bonehead stubbornness, of course. I'm not sure why five bucks is the hill they choose to die on, and boy can they be obstinate for no seeming good reason.
