Kooltoyz.ca questions.
 

Hey all. For those of you who have placed any orders with kooltoyz.ca recently, I have some quick questions:

Just to be clear, Kooltoyz is my favorite online shopping site, and I've always been impressed with their services.

That being said, has anyone noticed that the transactions have been slow? I placed an order over a month ago and have yet to receive an invoice for payment. (I have recieved a reciept, though) Luckily I was able to add an extra item to my order, which he confirmed via email.

I emailed Sheraz after that and he hasn't emailed me back, yet. I was just wondering if anyone else has had the same experience lately? I have no doubt that there is a reasonable explanation, it's just that these are Christmas gifts.

I don't want to lead anyone to beleive that I am unhappy with this site and their services, quite the contrary. I'm just a little concerned and curious.

Nobody has these problems? I sent another email using the "Contact us" feature eayesterday and all I got was an automated reply and not an actual answer.

I really shouldn't worry, it's just that time is a factor and I don't know why he doesn't reply to my emails.

Like you say, in the past Sheraz has been very good at getting back to me. I haven't had any dealings of late.

Maybe he is on vacation? No issues with him, he's been a very good seller.

You may want to try sending him a PM on these boards (username 'kooltoyz')...

Sheraz is very reliable IMO.

I actually don't mind the slowness, I'm never in a rush to get my stuff.

People get busy at times and I know Sharez has always been a stand up guy. I am sure he just has other things on the go at the moment and has not had time to answer his emails. I can get a week behind in emails quite quick at times and I do this full time, 10 hours a day! I can't imagine having a different full time job on top of that.

Now I feel bad. An hour after I replied here I got an email from him.Turns out he was waiting on an item which is what took so long.

I guess it's all good.:)
