Hey there folks next weekend me and the wifey are hitting edmonton and i wanna hit up every cool place that would have transformers or super sentai items. Or you know anyplace that has FOC Swindle and Blast off! The only two pieces of bruticus i'm missing. So wheres good?

West end toys r us had a pile of bruticus deluxes as of today, I'd recommend swinging by there if you've got a chance, they usually have a better stock than the others

West end and Northside TRU are generally good. The Southside TRU is terrible.

Walmarts aren't to bad, but all places you have in Saskatoon.

If you go to West Edmonton Mall and like to burn money on regular items you can vist Edmonton Coin and Stamp, as well as The Collectors Edge. But they're both extreme rip offs.

I know of the collectors edge trying to charge me 75 bucks for universe 1.0 skywarp. I bought him on bbts for 15.99 in package. West end tru is that the one by west ed thats like a couple blocks away by the hotel?

Ya it's a few block North of West Edmonton Mall.

On a side note...I do have 3 (megatron, bee, Orion Pax) of the new IDW generations deluxes that haven't hit stores yet if you're interested?

Not really interested. I saw bee and megs at one of the comic book stores in town and they really didn't call to me that much, and they can't make FOC bruticus stand.

Any good comic or hobby shops aswell outside of west ed thats worth going to?

Warp one comics on whyte ave is a pretty good store, warp two on 97st near tru north is okay, I haven't been to warp three, every other comic shop I've been to was lousy. As for hobby shops, if you're looking for rd, hobby alley is pretty good, there's one on 170 a block or 2 north of tru, and one on 97 just south of yellowhead. Theres a shop in WEM called comex hobby, they cater more to anime and gundam if that's what you're after, they're right near the entrance to the amusement park

If they're still there by the weekend, the TRU by West Edmonton Mall just got in a bunch of FOC Combaticons (at 25% off right now as well).
