2005 Boards member*TheBeastman*is giving us the heads up that the New Transformers Cyberverse Ultimate Optimus is Available on Amazon.com. This new mold stands at 9 inches tall in robot mode and converts to truck mode in six steps, packed with a cool, colored Energon Armor and an*Energon Axe Action Attack gimmick. This mold was officially scheduled by January 1st, 2020 but you can already find it via*Amazon.com. There are some strange details on the listing though. Ugh. Yuck. Do these things actually sell? I know, I know, “they’re 4 kidz”, but I don’t remember my toys when I was a kid being this craptacular. And I’m an 80’s kid. Have you seen 80’s TMNT Shredder? Dude looks like he trying to poop out a brick. Or 80’s He-Man with his soulless smooshy rubber headed grin? All leagues better than some of this Cyberverse junk.

Exactly, does Hasbro think today's kids are blind? When we were young (at least for me), we had Beast Wars and the Armada/Energon/Cybertron figures that were leagues better than this crap. No wonder why younger kids these days are choosing to play less with toys.

Cyberverse toys are definitely for kids. If you’re an adult collecting this line... I dunno. My 4 year old loves them.

I've been selling 1-step, 3-step changers and the likes by the bucket lately to local moms buying stuff for their 4-5-6 y.o. kids. They LOVE the stuff. My daughter is 5, is not even into Transformers and spent the morning transforming the balance of what I had left and loved every single minute of it because she was able to transform them by herself without any help. Just sayin'.
