Import Opportunity... thoughts please!!
 

Hello Gang.

With all the talk on the disappointment of the Ultimate Optimus Prime figure, I have been given a unique opportunity to bring the some hard to get DA03 Japanese Voyager Optimus Prime with the Mech Tech Trailer (the one that opens like G1 Prime but does NOT combine with him - see pictures thanks to TFW2005).

My question would be is whether or not it would be something you guys would be interested in? It would end up being about $100 each (estimate) plus shipping from my place to yours after I get them, so please post a reply here and let me know what you think before I make a decision.

Japan exclusive version of Dark of the Moon Voyager Optimus Prime. Redecoed / remolded to remove the solar panel effects, he also includes a different weapon which converts from Optimus' gun to one of his swords, and a trailer. The trailer features multiple points to mount Mechtech weapons.

Not sure what your paying for them but I was able to buy mine from yahoojapan tonight for 3000yen(38usd) +$8 usd comission+shipping which works out to under $70shipped or you can buy it from amiami.jp for 4760yen(61usd) on sale + shipping from japan which should also be less than $100+shipping.

To clarify what my above statement meant, the $100 included shipping from Japan to Canada, taxes, and customs fees. The "+ shipping" part was the cost of shipping from my place to yours.

With AmiAmi, shipping is always on the high side and you get hit with customs quite often.
