Several of his little plastic animals and hotwheels were coated in blue toothpaste and it was all over the carpet and his face! Really couldn't decide whether to laugh or cry; all I could do was facepalm.

Seeing as some people here have a good cameras I thought i'd ask here about it.

My 2 choices are an 85mm and a 105mm. As far as use goes, obviously i'm planning to use it for more than upclose toy shots, but considering this is the TF Custom section i'll use toys for reference.

Any preferable recomendations? Is a 105mm overkill? I can't find a good comparison site between the 2 lenses.

Then a program that I can use to take those videos chop bits out and stick them together and then put music or voice over top of it, or have the original audio where the case may be. Windows Movie Maker used to work fairly well for me, but since "upgrading" to Windows 7, WMM has been pure shit.

I know those types of programs are easily findable by doing a simple Google search, but I'm looking more for a recommendation on which to use from people who have used them and know they're safe.

I am leaving this message as a means to let everybody know I may be absent for quite some time as our computer seems to be suffering a great deal of problems.

First we cleared out a ton of viruses, which seemed to have fixed the problem. Five weeks later our firewall was mysteriously deactivated and we were once again attacked.

Now we've just installed a brand new Anti-Virus program and it has detected a Trojan virus as part of or Windows Operating System in some part I don't even know of and have never heard.

Basically it makes me nervous to be online even though our anti-virus program says our computer is protected. The Trojan is still there and we can not reformat the harddrive to start from scratch because this computer was a prize from a contest and we were not given the Operating Systems disks in case of just such a problem.

That being said I may come online occassionaly as long as we are in no danger of being hacked or fucked up again, but if I'm not around for a while you'll know why.

It sucks, but that's the way it is. So if someone could let me know those final decisions for the Garage Sale in August before then I'd really appreciate it. *SIGH*

They screwed up on the pricing too. Draw the World Together is an organisation that has been created to unite arts communities in providing possibilities for children who live in communities where they do not have the opportunity for basic healthcare and education.

Our first project was to enrol comic book artists from around the world in the idea of donating a piece of artwork. These pieces of artwork were auctioned to raise money for the work being done by the charity EveryChild in Cambodia. Contributors to the project included artists David Lloyd, the creator of V for Vendetta (which became a major motion picture by Warner Brothers), Dave Gibbons who has worked on The Watchman and 2000AD and Bryan Talbot the ‘godfather’ of British underground comics who is also known for his work on 2000AD.

“As communities we are powerful. As a comic book community I feel that there is a potential to make a difference. To make a difference to those children in the world who do not have the opportunity to complete the basic education that would enable them to enjoy the books and comics that so inspired us as children, those books and comics that take us into new worlds of fun and adventure. As many of you may know Andrew is a well know Transformers comic artist who goes back all the way to the Marvel run and all the way forward to some of the current alternate covers for the ongoing Transformers series from IDW.

Peter was one of the forefathers of bringing anime as well as asian live action material (via dubs) to our shores. He was not only the voice of Speed Racer and Racer X, but the script writer and voice director. He would go on to do the same for Astroboy, Gigantor (Known to others as Tetsujin 28), Star Blazer (Battleship Yamato), Lupin III, many Godzilla movies, Ultraman, Ultraseven, the list goes on and on. His last major role was playing the race commentator in the 2008 live action Speed Racer movie, a worthy nod.

He died today of lung cancer which he has been battling with the past 2 years.

I was lucky enough to meet the voice behind Racer X at Anime North 2007 along with Connie Orr (his long time co-worker during a lot of his dub work, the voice of Trixie, Spritle, ect).

Just a little sad today........ it sounds silly but if not for Speed Racer...... I don't think I would be racing today...... butterfly effect of my youth.

RIP Peter, you touched many hearts
