Well there are 2 http://thecomicbookshoppe.com/ locations in the city, and a Silver Snail downtown I believe. There may be a collector store in Bells Corners somewhere I am not sure. I usually acquire stuff from zellers/tru/walmart or ebay/kijiji. Hm the yahoo group might know if that sort of thing happens (the monthly meetup) I am not sure, if it does I haven't attended one yet.

Any good collectible toy stores in the area? I just discovered that one in Halifax (where I'm coming from) has a monthly toy collector meet/trade night. It'd be cool if we had one here...

Hello I am in Ottawa as well, Bayshore area. A 'beretta' on these boards is also an Ottawa person, though I have not met them personally. He did however invite me to an Ottawa-Area Transformers related yahoo group, if you are interested.

I myself have not seen much of the RiD Prime stuff in stores beyond Wave 1, but I am also a father of a 1 year old so don't necessarily get the opportunity to check stores that often.
