Agreed, but I guess its also inevitable when the seller isn't prepared.

Like, if the 1st dude never responded, then I wouldn't hold anything against Jeem for selling it to another. All he'd be doing by posting in the wanted thread is making his price known to a certain person, so that's all I'd hold him for. In other words, that if he still had it available when Maltese replied, that he price it at $50 for that deal because that's what was offered by his side, but I wouldn't think that he should hold it indefinitely for that person, type of deal.

That's generally why whenever I'm selling something, I make a price that I know I won't raise, and then go by a "first come first serve" mentality. This means the 1st person to contact me (either on their own or to reply to a heads up I sent em) gets priority.

In either case, I'll keep an eye on things for my own purposes, but I'm not gonna pry into anyone's dealings. That's why my comment in there was pretty generic.

I understand and I'm not trying to make things worse, what happened was maltese legacy started a want thread for an fe bulkhead, and jeem offered him one for 50.00 plus shipping, I saw this and offered to buy it, next I see he has it in his sale thread for 15.00 more and then says whoever buys the most of his stuff will have the chance to buy it, thats just a little shady I think.

I didn't wanna further shit in the sales thread, but if that guy confirmed a deal with someone & then backed out for the sake of selling it to someone else for more, that's definitely a dick move, and if someone did that to me, I'd be pretty pissed.

Actually, that's part of why I wish we had more strict rules in regards to these things, one of which being where people who back out of a deal after it's confirmed get a cancel strike. People who do that shit are placed onto a shitlist of sorts for a month that's pinned (or however long), and if anyone gets 3 strikes, they get banned from the B/S/T area all together because nobody should need to deal with that shit on here.
