I don't think they should reborn Megatron in a new form unless his new name is Galvatron... but that's just my opinion. At least the toy can be better next time.

i think it could be plausable.with the shadyness of the government,they could have dropped a bunch of "dummies/props" into the sea while keeping the real decepticon bodies for themselves to study and alter.they had megs in their possession once.....
