Man, I am not impressed with this figure. He looks unfinished, rough and plain in his bot mode and the headsculpt just makes him look like he's either sleepy, sad or stonned. I will be getting the Silverstreak repaint of this instead of Prowl only because I loved Bluestreak in G1. (along with Sideswipe, Sunstreaker, Mirage and Jazz)

Excellent review, though, as I've come to expect from you. Very straight-forward and relatvely clean in presentation.

Great to see another review from you, man. :D

Though I gotta say, I think I must have lucked out with my own Prowl. He's got tight joints, nothing readily pops off, and his paint is...NOT badly done! :O Though he does have the loose gun storage stuff going on.

Same with me. My Prowl is pretty good. Accept for a little dark shading (no idea how else to describe it) at the front of his vehicle mode I have no issues with him. Pain aps are fine and the joints are tight.

It looks much cooler that way.

Great review... not that I would expect anything less. Two questions: 1. Do you do your reviews on the fly? It seemed you were forming your opinions literally as you first were playing with him. If so... kudos! #2. What kind of deal do we get from A3U if we tell them Kevin sent us? ;)

Most of them actually. Does everyone's come with an orange Autobot symbol? Yup, 'tis painful.:(

Still, I am so glad I got this toy! :)

You did that yourself? Nice!!:)
From memory, it looks like you painted the tailpipes and missiles. What else?

Just that! I could have painted the spoiler silver to match the Henkei version but decided not to...

I do do them on the fly, I can't think of a better way to do it, I want the audience to feel what i'm feeling as it's happening. I think it's more of a fair judgement on the figure if you , in the words of Bill O'Reilley " We'LL DO IT LIVE!!!" :)

I don't know if you'll get a discount from A3U if you mention me heheh, but you will get great service, then again, you'll get great service regardless of how you order from them, because truly, they are great, specially for the Canadian buyer :)

Great work Pascal, amazing what one more paint app (3 cents according to Hasbro) can do. :D
