That's my guess as well.

But then again, it's black, it's sitting beside the Ironhide vehicle and it's for TF2 so it muuuuuust be a Transformer!!!!!! And this is exactly why they were scouting a hot girl who knows to ride a bike - because she's going to be a hologram rider for this very vehicle right here! And since it's a girl driver and the bike is black, it's GOT to be Ravage!! Or a new twist on Arcee!! But the picture also shows more than one - my god - is this our first glimpse at a possible combiner!?!?

Haha, sorry, I just had to poke fun at the collective fanwank speculation & assertions already happening based on nothing more than a flatbed trailer with a couple of movie props on it.
