Speaking to The River (https://theriver.jp/bumblebee-2-optimas/), producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura*stated that their previously planned Optimus Prime solo movie has been halted and Bumblebee-Optimus Prime buddy movie will take its place. I agree that buddy movie will probably better than solo movie, since more characters and more story.

But I don't agree "Optimus Prime movie is like making an Obi-Wan Kenobi movie".... Optimus Prime should be the protagonist of transformer movie, not BBB. He should be compared with Luke Skywalker, and BBB should be BB-8's role.
