Thanks to Transformers At The Moon (http://www.transformertoys.co.uk/resources/trademarks/uspto/88139417/trans+formers), we have leaned that Hasbro has applied (http://tsdr.uspto.gov/#caseNumber=88139417&caseSearchType=US_APPLICATION &caseType=DEFAULT&searchType=statusSearch) for the classic TransFormers trademark at the United States Patent & Trademark Office. Furthermore, the company has applied (http://tsdr.uspto.gov/#caseNumber=88140820&caseSearchType=US_APPLICATION &caseType=DEFAULT&searchType=statusSearch) for the trademark ‘THE TRANS FORMERS MORE THAN MEETS THE EYE!’. This new application is a renewal of the original which was first used as a trademark on 12/01/1984.
