He should in some way indicate if an item is sold out without me having to click on something only to have that dissapointing "X" through it. If he can indicate in some way on the main page that it is sold out, it makes the shopping experience easier and faster.

Just received my largest order ever from this seller and while everything went smoothly I am sorry to say I was not completely satisfied for the first time. It may have everything to do with Canada Post and not Automaton so please keep that in mind when reading this.

I had accumulated a large OOH and received my biggest box ever from this seller. While the box itself was undamaged and the packing seemed to be excellent a number of carded items were banged up.

I have bent/folded/creased cards for my 2 tfg wheeljack and 2 thundercracker and also my 2 united jazz and 1 tracks. One of the united jazz also has a pretty banged up bubble.

arriving in good condition were voyager grapple and lugnut, maybe because they were in boxes instead of card bubbles? and a set of legends figures.

but still the OOH service is excellent and communication was excellent and the shipping process was all good. I think for me personally I will try not to have too many items on OOH next time before shipping.

just to clarify, I have no reservation about ordering from them again though. Still a very good seller!

Wow, incredible customer service from Mario. I had placed a preorder for two items quite some time ago and I sat and waited... and the first item came in... so I waited for the second item... and waited... and waited... I saw that it had arrived at some of the US online shops so I waited some more...

Eventually I was tired of waiting so emailed and had a response from Mario IMMEDIATELY. There was some mix up and I had no valid email address attached to my account, something glitched somewhere. He special ordered my second item in because by this point it was out of stock, invoiced me exactly when he said he would, and put it in the post THE NEXT DAY. He even tossed in free shipping for the hassle and confusion.

Yep, my next Masterpiece preorder is definitely coming from Mario. I can't say enough good things about Automaton.
