If anybody has replaced their stock MP Dirge hands with those fancy poseable ones and would like to sell me their originals, please let me know. Mine has a finger that is really, really just barely on for the right hand. Trying to think of some simple solutions, thought I'd try this.

Thanks!

If it is loose, then some Pledge might do the trick. If the plastic holding the finger is cracked, then yes, you're probably right to replace it. Your other option is to glue it in the closed position - I think that's the position the hands need to be in when you put it in alt mode.

Unfortunately, Dirge's grey hands aren't really swappable with anyone else's.

Maybe I guess some aftermarket hands will be my only choice. It's basically the socket, it looks like somehow it got strained, a bit enlarged. It holds the finger, but just barely...it doesn't really sit in there well like the other hand. And the fingers themselves, it's like they 'snap' into position if they go too much into a fist, if you can imagine that. They're the worst hands I've seen so far, and that's saying something. Overall his QC is kinda on par with Thrust...that is, not great. I may just send him back, to be honest. End of the bittersweet chapter of MP Dirge (and the Takara coneheads). Thanks for the tip!
