I like the concept because as much as I like superheroes, I couldn't justify wasting money on action figures that don't transform. Now I'll be getting the best of both worlds.

I find this concept a bit odd, however I also found SWTF a bit odd too, I guess maybe it is just me. :)

This was already tried with Megamorphs. I think that's what they were called. These look similar, yet different. And they do have the Transformers brand name on them now. I like Hulk. Not sure about Iron Man.

I might get the Hulk, I like it more than Iron Man. But I prefer buying the non transforming figures over these. Everybody knows a transforming Hulk does not exist, which is the same reason why I didn't like star wars TF's.

The Megamorphs were really crappy with their floppy joints and rubbery plastic. Never tried the Shape Shifters though.

i'll probably pick these up, i agree with pascal, i don't buy any non transforming toys either lol. and i like the concept

Shape shifters were not realistic, but still cool. I have Venom.
