Has anybody ordered from tf-toys.com before? If so, do they have a good reputation? are they legit? Or it is to be avoided? Do we get charged with custom fees?

It also operates as acetoys.net and kotoys. you'll notice all the websites look similar.

DO NOT use them. Bad track record and I've personally had a nightmare experience with my one and only order.

Long story short, I had to open a case with visa but still out money in the end

Looking at the ad for that product on TF-toys.com site, has robotkingdom.com on the pictures, looks a little shadey! If you have PayPal you could just order it from robot kingdom. The other places mentioned in this thread might be closer so shipping might be less.

Emailed them about a prime figure they had listed. I was surprised by a response! It only took them about 4 months. So ya, got put on the avoid list pretty quick.

There's another thread over at the TFW boards.... sounds pretty shady to me. I would also avoid buying from this site.
