Our 'lil Anery A(hybrid) Corn snake female has stared laying her egg clutch ! ! !
She's not done yet but I had to snap a pic, sorry it's a crappy pic but I was SOOO excited ! ! !
The eggs all look good so far.
As the saying goes - "don't count your eggs before they hatch"
so here's hoping we get some cute 'lil babies in 55 to 60 days ! ! !

well, congrats on becoming a father to sextuplets.

Update after 2 weeks.

Everything looks good, all 6 eggs look happy in their incubator, every thing is normal.
Mom is getting some good frequent meals to help her recoup from the whole thing, she loses a lot of weight during the whole process but she'll be ready for it all again next year !
Will update mid April.

ONE MONTH UPDATE !

Everything looks good/normal/healthy !
Still...another month to go, we're half way there...:)
Mothers Day, technically, could be the first day we have our first one hatch !
Will update if any news.

The day I have been waiting for !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had a look this morning as usual...1 egg was ripped open and I caught a glimpse of orange(just like his daddy :D)
I was like > :eek:
So I took a quick pic...

Now...were not outta the woods yet, they need to shed their skin in 1 - 2 weeks after that they will accept food...or they should anyway, that will be the toughest part, some won't eat...cross your fingers will ya - :)

Keep aw-ing, these are harmless, cute 'lil Corn Snake babies but if you saw my Banana King Snake go nuts when I pick him up then you'd cringe - BIG TIME !
Every time I pick him up I have to try VERY hard not to get bit, I do this by convincing him that my hands & arms are "the ground", if he sees someone walk by or I move my hand too quick he's ready to kill(me).
