Well done man. I like the whole dark motif thing you got going on there. I've seen those prime 1 statues in person and they are beasts, weight and $$$!

what is the name of this kind of shelf. Searched "Pax" at Ikea.ca but didn't see any one like this. This is really nice!
Really well displayed. Well done!

I don't think I've ever seen a set up that captures the dark mood so well. This proves that not all displays require bright lights or Detolfs. Very cool set up.

This is the shelf you should looking for, just ask the ikea staff for the door frame without glass for this shelf, ikea only offer frosted glass for the door, so I ordered two acrylic panels and installed on the frame from a sign store.
Check out the following link, it gives you much more details about the Pax display shelf

How does the Sideshow R2 compare to the Hot Toys figures? I've been thinking about getting one (and 3P0) but presume Hot Toys will eventually release their own versions. I can wait if the scale and quality on the SS versions are not as nice.

All I can say is Bravo! I wish someday I would have enough room for a set up like that.

So nice and clean. Everything, including the glossy (marble?) floor works harmoniously.

Damn I'm jealous. All I keep singing in my head is the "apprentice" theme song. "Money, money, money, moneeeey !
Awesome set up. And knowing how pricey hot toys are my brain exploded. Not even going to try and figure out how much you spent there. Heck looking at the awesome looking basement you can see in the first few pics. Your doing well. *high five* ;)

beautiful collection and the basement just looks so sterile. I feel like there would be floor sensors and wall lasers you'd have to get past lol. Or that you pull on part of the wall and it opens to your own lab.
Nice setup.. your collection reminds of Toys2 at First Markham Place... :-)
