First off, I never got around to buying the original release of Hegemon and Orion Pax from Toyworld. So I have no comparisons to what was removed and/or added to these second releases. For those that do own the first release feel free to input what was included.

The quality for both figures is excellent. They feel sturdy and pose quite well with swivels and joints placed around the figures. Hegemon (Megatron) comes with a spare head and a energy mace/morning star and Orionvil (Nemesis Prime) brings with him a energy axe, ion blaster and a matrix.
I like both but for me Nemesis Prime stood out for me. The bulk (feels more substantial), details and the transformation are absolutely beautiful. If Hasbro had come up with the same design they would have sold a bajillion of these things. I like classics (Henkei?) Optimus Prime but side by side with Toyworld's offering it is no comparison.
