Well I managed to pick this set up on the weekend, not at a Target so not a "sightings" just yet. I thought I would post a small review for them.
I won't go in to major detail but hopefully this will give you an idea on "do I want do I not want".
One thing I will say is that alone, each figure are pretty nice. Combined has a bit to be desired.
So lets begin

Beast Modes:
Hun-grr:
His twin dragon mode is very nice, plenty of articulation for such a small figure. Heads, necks, legs, arms all rotate. The overall look is pretty good.

Twinstrike/Sinnertwin:
Pretty much the same as the one previously released just has more clear yellow plastics. If you already have that figure, you can still put both as arms on Abominus. Overall same toy but I like both

Windrazor:
Probably my favorite and a lot of that lies in the fact that his wings (arms incl) have more articulation than Grimwing or almost any larger Predacon figure wings do. While NOT the selling point, his beast mode (robot as well) is pretty aesthetically pleasing.

Blight:
Not much happening here but his overall aesthetic look is really nice. He has claws and decent articulation. Only downside is that his balljoint for his fists only goes to one side so you can see them in beast mode. This could have been fixed but it is a minor gripe at best

Rippersnapper:
Just looks vicious. Articulation is again decent but honestly he looks like one dangerous monster.

In all honesty, I love all 5 beast modes. It's not that they have too much going on or too little, they work well individually.

Robot Modes:
Hun-grr:
He pretty much stands up to transform but again at this size it's not a huge deal, especially considering that's all the bigger dragons do too. He's a pretty nifty bot and you can have his claws either up or down a la Wolverine. :p

Blight:
Overall he looks pretty nice. His beast head folds nicely into his back. He has no knee joints nor elbow but again for a small figure it's pretty good. I like his look

Rippersnapper:
In my opinion he's my least fav for bot mode. One cool thing about him though is that his beast face splits in half which fold at the sides of the bot feet. I'm not saying this figure is crap, I do like it a lot, but if I had to rate him he would be last. Sorry buddy

Windrazor:
While he could use some detail in robot mode I really just overall like this figure. My only complaint is that his feet feel backwards. Maybe I am doing something wrong, doesn't look like it. His heel (foot actually) looks like it should be a heel while the other side looks more like a foot...but oh well. He has no knee articulation but that upper torso is full of posability.

Twinstrike:
Again, no difference other than colour. If you have and like the other one, well this comes with this set so suck it!! :p just kidding. I like his bot mode. He looks like trouble. Both are pretty nice even if one has more clear plastic.

At the end of it all, I really like all 5, much like their beast modes. In all honesty, if you like Legends or Cyberverse figures, as I do, you'll enjoy these guys. They are pretty damn great figures just overall. Nothing special, just right.

Abominus:
Okay, to start off, this thing is a semi-train wreck.
Now, when you combine the pegs for the arms, they have a pretty damn strong hold. I have no worries about the arms falling off. Also, if you have 2 Twinnstrikes, you can have one one each arm. I plan on adding a peg to the back of Abominus's head to snap Windrazor on his back like, ready for it, WINGS!! :p
His downside are the legs and how they clip into place, they just aren't strong enough. Maybe it's just mine. It's probably the weakest point of the combined form. Again, I plan on fixing it, but out of the box, not a selling point. Also, I don't particularly care for how the legs transform. They don't feel sturdy enough to hold the weight. That said, it does hold, just not as well as I would want it to hold.

Overall it does look decent as a combiner but also a bit of a train wreck as well. It was originally my selling point but after fiddling with it, clearly, for me, the individual bots won me over.

Back of box:

Nevermind quality control, how about packaging control? Only Blights name matches with the figure..presumably that is. The names may be different when Predacon Rising airs or is released. Until then, WTF Hasbro?
Oh, side note, they all come with same old shit weapons. All clear purple, 2 hammers (like Twinstrike came with) Knife (like Ratchets) and 2 crossbows. I basically forgot about them cause...I really don't care about them.

So that is my review. I definitely recommend this set for the individual figures themselves. We are likely to see 3rd party fixes but I plan on doing that myself someday when I have time off. They certainly passed my expectations individually while combined kind of fell below expectation.
Still, if you like the small figures I do recommend them.

maybe someday we will see a oversize KO version, until then this is a pass.
