Little trivia, actively lobbied for MSC to make these three Targetmasters back in 2011 when we first learned they were making their early set of ShooterMasters....

Well, here we are over a year and a half later, and they have arrived! I just cracked open a box from BBTS and was happy to see the Crusaders among the contents.

The Crusaders, for those unaware, have been under development from MasterShooter Collectibles since January 2012 as replacement partners for the 3 new 1987 Autobot Targetmasters Pointblack, Sureshot and Crosshairs.

The Crusaders set comes with three partners, three adapters for various ports, and 8 weapons (which include guns, crossbows and chainsaws).

The color layouts of these guys is perfect to the G1 originals.

They also come with a little bio making fun of Leader of the Automated Robots (Optimus Prime's) habit of dying and coming back to life... (honestly I missed the penis jokes of the last MasterShooter release bios!)

They are all perfect little representations of the toys they replace, with the high quality and fun adaptability we have come to expect from MasterShooter Collectibles.

Here is an example photo of Up Close being used by Point Black...

Pointblank can hold Up Close fine in robot mode. Because of the 3mm clip claw you really need to add the adapter to mount it properly in Pointblank's vehicle mode.

More photos to follow as I unearth more of my old partnerless Targetmasters from their tombs.

Looks great. I have mine in my pol. Do those have stress marks on the knee joints? I have seen some with stress marks from the assembly process, one of my 4 packs has them. I can't wait to get mine...just waiting for Takara ratbat to come out.

I have not noticed any stress marks.

Found the other cars these guys go with:
