Shattered Glass Soundwave vs Blaster set

Just received these in the mail from Slayback today, i got the Ehobby version, so no comic

First off, the packaging is great, we've seen the pictures of it, so i only took a couple:

Outer box has some great artwork, only took a pic of the front

The box has a fold up flap to reveal a more G1 looking layout to the front of the box

Inside, everything is nicely organized in their own slots, all five cassettes have cases as well as character cards, instructions and sticker sheet:

Now onto the figures themselves, everything is tampoed other than what's on the sticker sheet:

Soundwave's colours are gorgeous, love the blue and white.

Blaster's dark colours are great, really make the figure pop:

Now onto the cassettes, the set comes with five cassettes. Four of them are shattered glass, while Solarbot is non aligned:

to wrap it up, my reasons for getting this set, even if i don't like SG much:

Adds to a cassette collection
Only repaint we have of Slugfest and Ramhorn
Nice Box
Great colours

just wondering why the tape bots their hands are backwards??

looks like they need to be turned around or they put the wrong arms on the wrong sides of each.

Holy cow! I just realized that the Ratbat mold includes a pair of fold-away wing thumbs! Suddenly my Ratbat and Wingthing figures are 20% cooler!

Amazing pictures as always Brr-icy. I might just pick up this set. *must own all G1 cassettes... must own all G1 cassettes...*
