This is a repaint of the G.I.Joe Retaliation HISS Tank, with some minor modifications to the gun turret and the side pods to accommodate the goo canisters.

Looks great! ... Colours go really well with the Cobra trooper there.

Excellent. I think the only thing this might need (in a real world functional way) are a couple of hoods or baffles for the windows on the front, so they don't get covered in goo when firing forward.

But then again, when was Cobra ever real world and functional?

Do the goo containers hold a liquid with bubbles, or is it a solid plastic with bubbles?

When did they come out? i would buy a few of those guys they look awesome.

The Cobra Hazard-Viper (http://www.hisstank.com/database/30th-cobra-figures-130/hazard-viper-2443/) is part of the 30th anniversary line. It's on pegs now. These days Winners might be your best bet, although TRU and Walmart might still have some sitting around.

Unfortunately not. I was planning on doing that, but equipping the cannons to direct re-fill from the tanks was difficult to accomplish. Maybe next time.
