No, they are Bruticus Maximus from Energon, I think that loos great...wished for G1 colours but Energon is good too. I cannot wait to get him into my collection. There certainly is alot of hateon at TFW for these colours...i guess some of them are to young to remember Energon, lol.

Colours are...less than optimal...

I really want to like this guy, but Hasbro keeps making it harder and harder...

Still hoping for a game/G1 accurate repaint, either from Hasbro or more likely, Takara.

Here are some comparison pics of older colour schemes and the newer one..I prefer the new Blastoff, Vortex and Onslaught over the older ones...never like the gold (Blastoff looked like the protoform Starscream from the first Bay movie ..and I hated that figure)
this Onslaught looks more G1 in these colours. the first ones are the originals.
The colour schemes look to be Energon vs ROTF Bruticus Maximus for the most part.

Is it the colour/lighting, or is Swindle having a different face?

It totally baffles me how we could have 2 entirely different sets of official pictures with 2 entirely different color schemes!

Looking at Blast Off, it looks like they just swapped his colors around. First he was gold and purple, now he's purple and yellow. But some of the others don't just have differences in their colors, but also where their colors are. Look at the purple detailing on Vortexs shoulders and "skirt" in the first image. They're missing on the second version. Same with all the purple "Dark Energon" detailing on Onslaught. The second one also has yellow knee caps when the first one didn't. And on Brawl, some of those purple details are present in some form, but some are missing.

If I didn't know better, I'd assume one of these were was the Hasbro version and one was the Takara version.

It's probably the coloring/lighting. Though the second one does kind of look like he's got some sort of mustache or something.

Blast Off seems to suffer the same effect. He almost looks like he has 2 different heads.
