That looks kind of interesting. Depending on how super sized the backpack actually ends up being and what it looks like without the glorified Photoshopping done to it, that could end up on my Wants list.

One thing that seems to be common to those PRID toys is that they look decent from the front but as soon as you look at them from the back you find hollow legs and giant backpacks. This doesn't seem to be any different, looks like he has the entirety of his cab section stuck to his back in some form!

Bot mode is alright, but the truck suffers a lot IMO. Visible hands? Ugh.

Looks nice in robot mode, but the visible hands in truck mode are really killing it for me right now. Maybe it won't look so bad in person.

Visible hands on a scout or human alliance basic or cyberverse figure are excusable. But for a toy of THAT SIZE and for over 30$?! No slagging way!
