Hello everyone. I haven't contributed to the review thread for awhile so I thought I'd get the camera out and do a quick review on the new Takara Vehicon based on the TFPrime Anime. Enjoy.

The other packaging looks very familiar. I thought they would have an action pose like United but they are showing off other bots available. I like the Dark Engergon Cliffy. He is gonna be cool.

Freed from his Magneto plastic prison.

Bot mode. He looks awesome. Like the other TFPrime releases he captures the anime image perfectly and is very posable. He is released from the ties and the arms and legs have great posability. There are pegs for the gun so it looks like a arm cannon extension. I wanted to see if he would hold it. Works best in left hand because the weapon grip is offset slightly. An army waiting to be built.

Alt mode. I really like the vehicle mode. It has a diamond cut shard appeal to it. It was quite easy to transform. The hips pivot as well as the upper waist. In the begining I was rotating the base and had a bit of confusion on fitting the rear fender pegs but easy enough. I like how the eyes have the clear through allowing light to create that glowing feel. It is a great figure and I am glad to have him in my collection.
