Hello Everyone,

Just wanted to join up and show you all my collection. I call this my budget collection because ever since having twins 6mo ago my whole life has been on a budget. Basically I bought Hailstorm from the sale rack at zellers one day while toy shopping for my niece and I was instantly hooked. I havent really been collecting them for very long, maybe a year tops. My wife doesnt really mind but I have to follow two rules. One, dont pay full price, two, I can only spend what I get from returning the household empties. Here are the pics.

Welcome aboard! You have a nice start to your collection. Bits from various lines. Anytime you can score one for less then retail you've done well. As you get deeper into the plastic crack addiction the "rules for spending" become harder to follow. Just like a real addiction.

Nice start to your collection! I know how it is to be buying on a budget. With all of the figures I've missed (Wreck-Gar, ROTF Bruticus, Thunderwing, and various Universe/ Classics figures) and the new ones coming out, it is getting harder and harder to stay in my budget.

One thing I suggest if you want to find older figures at reasonable prices, check the sales threads, there are some great deals to be had.

Thanks for the encouragement , my most recent are g2 prime bumblebee wreckgar and turbotracks all were bought at my london drugs for $8 each I was so excited about that sale and bought everything they had haha probably my best purchases imo

OH yeah, its been a long while since I got any tf's. it was christmas recently and I couldnt spend any money on things for myself. I bought my niece rescue bots bumblebee for christmas. Its her favorite toy now she sleeps with it. She also got quite a few barbies a woody doll and bee is still her fav. it makes me so happy haha. Anyways long story short my wife was in walmart yesterday and she came home with these and told me since i hadnt bought any lately she was happy to buy me some small ones. she has absolutely no knowledge or intrest of transformers and this is what she brought me !

Hello everyone, thanks for the comments ! Another awsome little bit of transformers shopping for me. Was gonna go to the zellers 25% off sale last night but it was closed. Stopped by walmart and holy crap when I got there I was stoked. I some how Found a $20 French Gold Edition Special Ops Bumblebee. Im very happy with this figure. Only things I don't like are that he's bigger than leader prime and his transforming arm gimmick only goes out straight. Other than that really happy with this find.

Hello all, Last weekend I installed a sliding patio door so I had a little bit of extra cash. The wife and I went shopping afterwards. She wanted to go to Toys r us for some baby items. After we went baby shopping I looked in the transformer section. I didn't find much. I was almost was gonna grab unicron then I spotted these hidden in the back

yeah I figured for 3 bucks meh and I dunno about the FE maybe wait till I get megs and some more characters I like how they look in the package and Im sure the wait will be worth it ive read the reviews and both figures seem awesome

it's a really nice collection you have there! they are organized too.. the movie toyline and WFC. I would recommand the masterpieces.. but they are pretty expensive.. they are nice collectors items tho!

Sweet. Is your voyager Megatron painted, or is it just the lighting that's making it look shiny? Great display either way (they even match your painting hah), but I'm just kinda curious.

Also, where'd you nab those 3 dollar Animated figures from?

megs is stock just the lighting it took forever to find him now theres 4 at walmart the animated figures I got from the vernon superstore they were in the toy aisle forever marked down to 8 bucks then I went by one day and they were gone so I was like aw shucks then when I was leaving with grocerys they were in the extreme clearance section for 6.44 50 % off so I had to get them lol

I dont always follow the rules. lol. For the most part my whole family donates their empties for me haha. I did pretty well at retro and relevant in vancouver so thats when I bought my mp soundwave and mp sideswipe. And my wife bought me metroplex right when he came out haha.

noticed you have a prime bee with a classics head.... weirrrrd. never thought i would see that. now i cant un-see it lol :(

Thanks guys, If someone could change the thread title to something more appropriate id appreciate that. As far as the Bee. I used just the front of the classics head and screwed it to the back of the prime head. I absolutely love that figure now leaps better than the new idw bee. Ive also got the rts bee but i wanna order a renderform hubcap kit. Which figure should I put the renderform on the IDW or RTS ????
