Not too bad, I'm still waiting to pull the trigger on my order from TFSource. This whole darkside thing has given me a story idea for some personal fiction for all the "dark" figures :)

I have this set and I take every opportunity to say how beautiful it is. It is very beautiful.

In my collecting universe they will be part of the Fallen's Black Shadow Squadron along with Black Shadow of course.

So Japan gets this and we get a shitty Rainbow-Bright 3 pack no-one even wants... super lame!

To be fair, the Darkside set is pretty plain paint-wise. They're both basically just straight up black. Where as the 3-pack uses both clear plastic and some very detailed paint apps in some places. And the 3-pack is slightly more inspired. Megatron is arguably based on Megaplex's color scheme. While Optimus seems to have flame pattern reminiscent of movie Optimus, they are in fact tech detailings, not flames. And Bumblebee, while already TRON-esque in design, sports some new tech detailings similar to Optimus and battle damage. Once TRU has them on sale, I'll be picking them up.

That Dark Megatron is sex, I see it as basically Megatron pumped up on Dark Energon. Not feeling that Prime though.
