Here is my contribution to the fallen heros charity project this year!!!

he is my second repaint after last years charity t-rex megs that i did, and he isnt just a repaint he has minor mods done so i guess he is my first custom figure!!

anyhow. on to the good stuff. ill post a few pics here to give you the jist but i took A LOT of pics so if you want to see the whole album ill post that link also.

Great job Rob, Poor old Perceptor looks to be in a world of hurt, lol. where did you get the additional arm from?
I was going to get in on this custom set but stuff came up. There is always next year. Can't wait till the custom class...what are we going to tear apart this year?

VERY nice!!!!! Got to see the whole transformation from start to finish and even I was impressed beyond words! You've done an AWESOME job!! Looks amazing :)

Looks pretty cool!! The only thing that caught my eye that looked a bit out of place is the windows. With all the other damage around the windows, maybe some damage to the windows themselves? I.E. cracks. holes ect.

The prob with the windows is they are just a really thin sheet of styrene with putty under all the side ones. With how thin they are and how hard the putty dries to I didn't want to risk messing it up so I just scuffed them up with paint to try and make it look ok.

I was going for the armoured look. Like perceptor put armour plating over his windows. Cause we all know transformers don't need windows to see where they are going ;)

I did want to do something to them but wasn't exactly sure how to without possibly destroying the overall look

Rob, I just had pop back in here & say, I'm highly impressed with that you've done here.
The battle damage reminds me of early TTT work, the halftrack treads are just awesomely detailed.
You should be damn proud of yourself, kid. I was nowhere near this good on my second custom.

That damaged arm is nothing short of inspired! It goes such a long way in making him more than a repaint and adds so much character to him. Triple A work, my friend! :clapping:

Really well done...I don't know how you guys are pulling off this weathering look so well but I may need to get some tips from you at the show.

As for the damaged arm, well done, looks like it came from DOTM Bumblebee...can't help but wonder how it would have worked with the original mold for BB (the one that was most recently used for the WM exclusive racing BB) with the roof on the forearm removed instead...either way it does look quite well done. Is the damaged arm able to transform too? Bonus points if it does.

Looking forward to seeing this in person.
