Well kids, this is the first of my six bots for the Fallen Heros charity project! :D

Scoop was built from a Movie Grindcore. I removed the old lame tires and added rubber tires from a Lego City Loader. I gave him (and all my bots) crazy battle damage. I used Krylon orange and yellow for the base color. A heavy black wash and heavy dry brushing later this is the end result. I had a great time working on Scoop and I hope everyone likes him. :highfive:

Scoop has no weapons, Im gonna see if I can snag some weapons the weekend of TFcon :clapping:

Perfect mold choice, Cliff! And the colours, wash and battle damage are gorgeous. :clapping:

If you're looking for weapons, you could look into picking up a deluxe DotM Topspin. He comes with four extra guns that all have 5mm pegs, so Scoop would have no problem holding them and should have plenty of places to peg them on. :)

Nicely done, love the giant lego tires. If I had one thing I'd suggest, it would be to try and make the tires not look so new. Other than that, awesome work.

Thanks! I tried really hard to do a wash on the tires but no paint would stick to the rubber. :argh: You guys will see me rolling his tires in dirt at TFcon for "extra" detail. lol

You know bud, I've seen lots of your work, and talked about lots of your ideas and all... but I gotta say, I really really like how this turned out. I keep coming back and looking at it and am incredibly impressed with it. The damage would make TTT proud, the dry brushing is amazing, the wash came out great. Definitely good work kid.
