Woohoo, the Encore line is back! Hopefully for more then just this one release. $130 for it though, a fair bit more then what Encore Bruticus started at.

I have an original Devestator I picked up from the TFCon a few years ago but he's not exactly in the best of conditions. I may have to pick this guy up.

A re-issue is great but I'd rather have one slightly modified with modern articulation.

yeah, i mean just get an old one... why pay $130 for a re-issue when you can pay less for a vintage complete?

Devastator? You mean that tank guy from the Transformers movie? I totally had him as a kid. Him and Soundtape. He was five feet tall and transformed by himself.



Seriously, awesome news for the few people who have been pining for a reissue. I know that handful of people will be very happy. Personally, I'll wait until he goes clearance, as most people probably don't care about him and probably won't be picking him up. :p

And I can't help but wonder how long it'll take for THIS encore to get KO'd. :p

Wow. I had one of these gift sets as a kid for christmas. I still have em. Not in the box mind you.

this made my day. Not the fact that its devastator but the fact that the Encore line is alive :) A minty devi though it's hard to say no even as an Autobot LoL
