If they are reasonably priced I will get them, they look perfect for my updated G1 figures display, love them.

Apparently these are 19 cm or 7.5 inches tall.

I think they're really great updated G1san but since they keep the G1 alt mode they may look out of place with classics.

They also end up being slightly taller than classics voyager optimus.

So, while I think they did a great job, I probably won't get them because I'm not sure exactly where they'd fit in.

While they do look very impressive I can't help but wonder how long Hasbro/Takara are going to allow them to infringe on their trademark characters.

I'm guessing they will fill the void in the Alternators/Binaltech collection. Those were the only 2 figures (along with Trailbreaker) from the '84 car lineup who never received a Alt/Bin treatment. If they're the same size, I'm all over these; otherwise, I have no need for them if they're deluxe-sized since we already have universe/henkei and botcon versions.

They look really good! Intitial reviews for Jet are coming out good quality wise.

I think my concern for these will be scale and price as well. I don't think I want to drop $200 for these.

Wow, who would have thought we would see these two get made in their G1 goodness?

As somebody who is kind of an iGear hater (hush!) I have to say, I am very intrigued to see more, better pics of these, and how they work! There is some HasTak engineering going into this, but I can't point out exactly what. I know the shoulders look like they borrow from Inferno/Grappel. Either way, can't wait for more pics, and I don't know if I will buy yet.

Freakin' awesome!! Giddy claps all around. :clapping: These two have great potential. I'd like to see more pictures, but most likely, I'll be getting these guys.

So are these like skinny Alternators, or what?

The molds, transformation, materials and sculpt look very nice.

Only one I have seen is from Payton on TFW -> http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/transformers-feedback/410960-igear-pp03j-jet-aka-mp-ramjet-review.html

As nice looking as Ironhide and Ratchet are, they can be easily passed on. Really no place for them in my collection.

Apparently iGear uploaded some photos to their facebook page showing him off better:

Wow that's a lot of extras.

Wheelie
06-04-2011, 02:09 PM
Most of those accessories will be split up between not-ratchet & not-ironhide. Can you see not-ratchet having big blasters and a sniper rifle or not-ironhide with doctors tools?

Scale, scale, scale. If it fits with the binaltechs, great. If not, won't bother. Not a completionist for any of the lines, but don't want 2 randoms that fit nowhere on the shelf.

Alexander Quinn

I don't really care about scale, since I don't keep my shelves restricted by subline, so it'll all come down to price. The extras are nice, but I have a feeling that they're just going to serve to jack the hell outta the price tag. Still, it's very tempting. Could be my first third party purchase...
