After several months of picking away at this thing between work and school, my first commission is finally done! This will be the first in a series for a fellow board member. The rest of my coneheads are on hold for now!


Did things a little differently this go round. I went with a more cartoony paint scheme as opposed to the metallic paint I used on the first one. Metallic just doesn't look right on most Animated figures.

Thundercracker started life as an Animated Starscream. Hand painted with several coats of Games Workshop paints, clear coated with Citadel Purity. The head has been modded, factions symbols came from reprolabels. Hopefully his new owner will be happy with him!

I really like the look of the reduced chin, great looking figure, nice crisp colours

Looks amazing man, a huge improvement over your already awesome animated seekers.

And, like everyone else it seems, love the mods to the missles - nice touch.

Sure hurt to put him in the mail! Was really happy with how he turned out. Will probably have to do another one for myself soon!

I think the next seeker will be conehead Ramjet or Thrust. Won't be for awhile though. Have to get through some commissions & the charity project stuff first!
